15 Oct Liv’s Easy Breakfast Smoothie
Liv’s go to brekky on the run is a berry protein smoothie! She loves a chocolate and strawberry combo and has invested in plenty of Travel Cups so that she can make it at home and drink as she drives to the studios!
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- Handful of Frozen Strawberries
- 1 – 1 1/2 Scoops of True WPI90 Chocolate Protein Powder
- Big handful of ice
- Water/Milk to top up the cup slightly
- Add all ingredients to Blender/Nutribullet or similar and blitz until combined! Use more or less ice depending on how thick you prefer the consistency
Liv’s Top Tip: Use any berries, fruit or protein flavours that you like! Always make sure you choose a good quality Isolate protein!
