Health & Happiness – being happy and healthy myself and for my friends and family is too often taken for granted. Being out of my comfort zone also feels good/bad/alive!
BEST WAY TO START THE DAY?
In an ideal world…workout – followed by coffee while walking on the beach, maybe a quick swim (as long as there’s no waves and its HOT!), sauna and someone to wash & blowdry my hair – all with my bestie.
GUILTY PLEASURE?
Camembert cheese, deep fried olives stuffed with feta & Margarita’s
