Parking: There is plenty of designated World Gym parking onsite and street parking (Balook Dr and Broadmans Cl)

Meals: There is a kitchenette, fridge and microwave available for use on-site. World Gym has an on-site cafe that has barista made coffee, meal prep meals, protein shakes and energy drinks. There is also a café “Sangaz” in the complex that is open 6am-2pm. 

Clothing: Please wear comfortable clothing and ensure to wear layered clothing as some find the air conditioning cool.

Payment: Participants will not be able to commence the training until payment arrangements have been finalised. Please reply to this email if you need to finalise anything further.
