WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT PILATES?

I love that Pilates is so versatile – you can get a slow stretch session or a burner sweat session depending on what you feel like on any given day. It can guide you through most walks of life. For me, this was most evident when it helped me through growing my babies and was a great and gentle option for my postpartum recovery. It has also helped me build strength back and a core like I have never had before.

YOUR WORLD OUTSIDE OF PILATES?

I am a Mum of two young boys and I run an Interior Design Agency.

#1 BUCKETLIST ITEM?

To stay under the Northern Lights and a Lapland family Christmas, plus plenty more island adventures.

WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL TRULY ALIVE?

Moving my body, getting sunshine and a lot of giggles with friends and family.

BEST WAY TO START THE DAY?

The first thing I do when I wake up is make the beds. I am a creature of habit, and I feel like I have a good start to my day if I start by having a clean space.

GUILTY PLEASURE?

Religiously eat desert every night! I love dark chocolate or dairy free ice-cream. And on the odd occasion, I love a glass of Pinot Noir or a cheeky Margarita.
