My advice to you if you’re thinking about doing the course is definitely sign up and do it! Whether you’re doing it to become an instructor in the future or to gain a better understanding of reformer Pilates, the course is excellent!

Everything is very professional and well thought out. Emma-Kate is great at explaining everything and her passion for the industry really shines through.

What do you feel like you’ve gained from the VIVA Education Course?

I’ve gained an in depth understanding of not only reformer Pilates but also the general Pilates principles. The course also provides you with the foundations to be confident in your teaching abilities.
