WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT PILATES?

Pilates is my favourite form of exercise because it’s low impact and accessible to all levels, but you always leave feeling like you’ve had a great workout! Pilates has personally seen me through pregnancy and postpartum and I just love how it can be modified to suit your body’s specific needs

YOUR WORLD OUTSIDE OF PILATES?

Outside of Pilates I’m a mum to 3 little ones, age 2,4 and 6 and an architectural designer. 

#1 BUCKETLIST ITEM?

A tie between swimming with whale sharks in WA and a (minimum) 4 month caravan trip around Australia with my family, I’m hoping to combine both!

WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL TRULY ALIVE?

Being in nature with my family, whether it’s on the water, in the country or at the beach, time together unplugged always makes me feel recharged and grounded.

BEST WAY TO START THE DAY?

Pilates or yoga before my family wakes up is the ideal, but that doesn’t happen too often these days, second best is a cup of coffee and some snuggles on the couch before the hustle and bustle of the day. 

GUILTY PLEASURE?

 Wine and a cheese board
