WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT PILATES?
I love that pilates is a full body workout that focuses on building strength and mobility through movement. I love that it’s a powerful form exercise to slow movement down and connect with our body so that we can be stronger and more active in our everyday life and there is no opportunity to get bored as you can always challenge yourself!
YOUR WORLD OUTSIDE OF PILATES?
Outside of pilates I’m busy chasing my three children around who seem to have endless energy!
