Please note: there will be no fridge facilities available. Please ensure that your lunch is packed in a cooler bag and that you have a refillable water bottle for the day.

Getting to the Club: EMF Performance and recovery is located within the Westfield Shopping Centre in Miranda. There is paid on-site parking and the rate for 7hrs + is $50 per day. Alternatively there are bus and train services to the centre. 

Meals: It’s recommended to bring a packed lunch. Alternatively there is a cafe and smoothie bar on-site at the centre as well as access to the Westfield food court and major grocery retailers on-site. 

Clothing: Please wear comfortable clothing and ensure to wear layered clothing as some find the air conditioning cool.

Payment: Participants will not be able to commence the training  until payment arrangements have been finalised. Please reply to this email if you need to finalise anything further.
