- Clothing: Please wear comfortable clothing and ensure to wear layered clothing as some find the air conditioning cool.
- Payment: Participants will not be able to commence the training until payment arrangements have been finalised. Please reply to this email if you need to finalise anything further.
Please note: due to the set up of the Manly studio there will be no fridge facilities available. Please ensure that your lunch is packed in a cooler bag. Please also ensure you pack enough water to get you through the day.
- Parking: There is plenty of on-site parking available
- Meals: It’s recommend bringing a packed lunch or alternatively there are a few food options in the centre (these can sometimes take a little while to prepare your food). We also recommend bring a large water bottle as there is nowhere to refill bottles. There is a service station on-site that has snack and drink options available.
