• Clothing: Please wear comfortable clothing and ensure to wear layered clothing as some find the air conditioning cool.
• Payment: Participants will not be able to commence the training  until payment arrangements have been finalised. Please reply to this email if you need to finalise anything further.

Please note: due to the set up of the studio there will be no fridge facilities available. Please ensure that your lunch is packed in a cooler bag or feel free to support the local businesses in the area. Please also ensure you pack enough water to get you through the day, however you will have access to water stations at the studio too. 

• Parking: There is plenty of on-street parking directly in front of the studio and the surrounding roads, AND behind our studio, too.
   (Access to our studio is strictly through our front door, so if you park at the rear, take the footpath immediately next to the Hear and Say Centre, and it will bring you straight to Ruthven Street.)
• Meals: It’s recommend bringing a packed lunch or alternatively local coffee shops and bakeries are within walking distance nearby.
