STARTS: Week of 15th of February
DESCRIPTION: A new Reformer & Matwork class designed to help you and bub move safely and confidently through all stages of your pregnancy and postpartum journey. This class will strengthen and stretch specific muscle groups that may be weakened or tight due to postural changes and stresses. With a focus on the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, our qualified instructors will guide you safely through your pre and postnatal journey, be it to give birth or rebuild strength post-child-birth.
Babies up to crawling age are welcome. Please bring a bouncer or capsule for bub. Prenatal welcome at any stage.
Because your safety is our priority, we advise you to keep us informed of your pregnancy and any post-natal health check-ups. Note: make sure you have the all-clear from your doctor before booking in. Safety first, always! If you are a new mother, we recommend starting this class after your 6-week checkup.
