WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT PILATES?

Where to start?! I love that it can be a strength challenge, stability challenge, flexibility challenge and even a challenge for the mind (proprioception) all in one session. I love the results I see my clients achieve, whether it be rehab from an injury, or just coming for general health and well-being. I love that Pilates is for everyone. There’s too much to love!

YOUR WORLD OUTSIDE OF PILATES?

By day, I’m a full time marketing manager. My hobbies are Pilates (obviously), and hanging out with my partner, family, my friends and my beautiful dog Miki (ask for photos when you see me).

#1 BUCKETLIST ITEM?

Not so much an item but I have a long list of travel destinations that live on my bucket list. 

WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL TRULY ALIVE?

Pilates and running.

BEST WAY TO START THE DAY?

Big glass of water, Pilates, then coffee (in that order).

GUILTY PLEASURE?

Pretty standard response – chocolate! If I’m being really specific, Whittakers Coconut Block.
