I love how Pilates develops core strength, long lean muscle and flexibility, all of which are fundamental to continued good health and mobility. Pilates is an exercise regime we can participate in for our entire lives.
YOUR WORLD OUTSIDE OF PILATES?
I work as a medico-legal transcriptionist when I’m not teaching Pilates.

Travelling overseas with our kids and their families.
WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL TRULY ALIVE?
Spending time with good friends and family, keeping fit and healthy, and travelling our incredible country in our caravan.
BEST WAY TO START THE DAY?
Pilates, a run, yoga, HIIT, a strength workout – anything to get the heart pumping, a sweat up and the endorphins flowing.
GUILTY PLEASURE?
Red wine and chocolate.
