WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT PILATES?

Everything! I’ve been doing pilates for a number of years to compliment my training for long course Triathlons (Ironmans) and expedition racing. Its the perfect kind of prehab movement, to avoid rehab. I recently dived deeper into pilates during my pregnancy and postpartum. It’s taught me so much about my body, and it makes me so happy!

YOUR WORLD OUTSIDE OF PILATES?

I’ve recently become a mom, so outside of Pilates, I spend most of my time living my best mom life. I also love training for Triathlons, so if im not hanging with the baby you’ll find me swimming, riding or running. I also love cooking, so you can find me in the kitchen making sweet treats all the time!

#1 BUCKETLIST ITEM?

Travelling to Anartica, and to the Artic! I’d love to see both the top and bottom of the globe, to see icebergs, penguins and polar bears.

WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL TRULY ALIVE?

I love seeing people succeed, I love seeing clients try something new, push their limits and to have fun along the way! I also love running, especially at the end of an Ironman. Running clears my mind, it brings me so much joy & happiness!

BEST WAY TO START THE DAY?

Waking up early to train, any style of training, whether it’s a run, swim, ride or Pilates. Accompanied with a long black Coffee post training!

GUILTY PLEASURE?

Chocolate of any type!
