WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT PILATES?

I love how Pilates makes my body feel. I personally believe it’s the best strength based training system you can do. It truly is for every BODY. 

YOUR WORLD OUTSIDE OF PILATES?

Pilates is my life at the moment but in my free time I do enjoy getting to the beach or trying a new restaurant with my girlfriends.  

#1 BUCKETLIST ITEM?

I am currently planning a holiday to Europe which has been on my bucket list for years now and it is finally happening!

WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL TRULY ALIVE?

I feel truly alive when I am spending my time in nature either at the beach or on a bushwalk.

BEST WAY TO START THE DAY?

COFFEE!

GUILTY PLEASURE?

My current guilty pleasure is cheese. Too much cheese and biccies on the weekends!
