What I love most about Pilates is the versatility and the subtle way you suddenly realise how much you’ve improved your strength,  endurance and mobility.  It’s accessible to everyone no matter what the age or level of ability.

YOUR WORLD OUTSIDE OF PILATES?

In my time away from teaching I am a beekeeper and I foster rescue dogs.

#1 BUCKETLIST ITEM?

My bucket list item is a trip to New York and San Francisco.

WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL TRULY ALIVE?

What makes me feel truly alive is spending time with my family and our dogs.

BEST WAY TO START THE DAY?

Coffee is the best way to start the day.

GUILTY PLEASURE?

My guilty pleasure is fresh white bread with lemon butter.
