WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT PILATES?

I love that pilates offers intensity while still being low impact! After recovering from a few back problems I really found my love for pilates. It is such an effective and safe way to workout without the unnecessary stress on joints. We are only as healthy as our spine!

YOUR WORLD OUTSIDE OF PILATES?

I am currently studying a Bachelor of Primary Education at uni! On my days away from work and uni, you’ll find me at the markets, walking along the river, exploring new cafes, and of course doing pilates!

#1 BUCKETLIST ITEM?

At the moment this would have to be travelling Europe.

WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL TRULY ALIVE?

Swimming in the ocean.

BEST WAY TO START THE DAY?

A balanced breaky followed by some movement!

GUILTY PLEASURE?

Rewatching the same movies and series I’ve already seen 100 times. The nostalgia is just unmatched.
