WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT PILATES?

I love how mind-body movement and breath interconnect with one another creating somewhat of a balance within the mind, the body and the emotional body. I love that Pilates provides people with the opportunity to really become present within their own bodies and allows them to make their health and wellness a priority. I love that Pilates is designed to feel enjoyable with low impact movement in a way that nourishes the body.

YOUR WORLD OUTSIDE OF PILATES?

​I’ve created Heartspace Holistic Health where I provide holistic counseling and meditation using Australian Bush Flower Essences. I am usually at the beach or the farmers markets in my spare time as well as connecting with friends.

Connection and following where my passion and purpose feel most creative and effortless. I feel most alive when I’m following what makes my heart feel full.
