WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT PILATES?
I love how mind-body movement and breath interconnect with one another creating somewhat of a balance within the mind, the body and the emotional body. I love that Pilates provides people with the opportunity to really become present within their own bodies and allows them to make their health and wellness a priority. I love that Pilates is designed to feel enjoyable with low impact movement in a way that nourishes the body.
YOUR WORLD OUTSIDE OF PILATES?
I’ve created Heartspace Holistic Health where I provide holistic counseling and meditation using Australian Bush Flower Essences. I am usually at the beach or the farmers markets in my spare time as well as connecting with friends.
