WHAT DO YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT PILATES?

I love how pilates allows people to move more freely and confidently with less pain. Personally, pilates helps me to connect to my breath, feel more centered in my body and helps me to relax. 

YOUR WORLD OUTSIDE OF PILATES?

Outside of pilates, I spend my free time with my family and friends and my little dog Cricket. My husband and I also love to travel, exploring new cultures and foods. I am also obsessed with true crime series/podcasts, which don’t do much to calm my nerves.

#1 BUCKETLIST ITEM?

Live overseas for a short time. 

WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL TRULY ALIVE?

Travelling makes me feel alive and energised. I wasn’t able to travel a whole lot when I was younger, so being able to do that now is a real privilege. 

BEST WAY TO START THE DAY?

Starting the day with some self-care always makes me feel good. And coffee!!

GUILTY PLEASURE?

Sleeping in, but I don’t really feel guilty about that!
