DESCRIPTION: Our 6-Week Pre & Postnatal Program is set up in a relaxed, studio manner & is tailored to help you move safely and confidently through all stages of your pregnancy and postpartum journey. The 6 week course will strengthen and stretch specific muscle groups that may be weakened or tight due to postural changes and stresses. With a focus on the deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, our qualified instructors will guide you safely through your pre and postnatal journey, be it to give birth or rebuild strength and recover post-baby.
Every Monday & Thursday at 10.30am.
Age Limit: Babies up to crawling age are welcome. Please bring a bouncer or capsule for bub. Prenatal welcome at any stage.
House Rules: Because your safety is our priority, we advise you to keep us informed of your pregnancy and any post-natal health check-ups. Note: make sure you have the all-clear from your doctor before booking in. Safety first, always! If you are a new mother, we recommend starting this class after your 6-week checkup. We kindly ask that besides bottle or breastfeeding, you do not feed your bub in the studio.
