Raw Chocolate Easter Treats!

Bunny-shaped or egg-shaped chocolate, wrapped in shiny foil seems to taste so much better than the average chocolate bar! While we do have a slight weak spot for Easter chocolate, most conventionally made chocolate that you find in the supermarkets is filled with a lot of junk – additives and preservatives, artificial flavourings and a TON of sugar. Traditionally, chocolate is made by roasting and fermenting cacao beans which are then ground, sweetened, and tempered to make chocolate. You’ll also find that the chocolate we buy in the supermarket has milk solids and/or condensed milk added to make “dairy milk” chocolate.

So why not give our homemade Raw Chocolate recipe a go – it satisfies the sweet tooth and you’ll feel so much better for it!

You can even purchase egg shape moulds from Amazon to make the raw chocolate taste even more delicious! 😉
