Here’s a short, sweet, sweaty workout to do from home! All bodyweight exercises – no equipment required. Complete 4 rounds for a 28-minute workout – every minute on the minute.
10 x Body Weight Squats
10 x Push-Ups
20 x Star Jumps
30 Second Run on the Spot
16 x Alternate Lunges
30 x Second Plank
8 x Burpees
Be sure to scale the movements if you need a little more rest or add 5 x additional reps in your 3rd and 4th round to up the intensity!
